These terms apply to the free use of 41Q.

1. Service and acceptance
41Q is provided by Raketforskning AB. By using it, you accept these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Nature of the result
The result is for information and self-reflection only. It is not a diagnosis, therapy, professional advice or a scientifically validated basis for employment, credit, insurance, education or another consequential decision.
3. Age and permitted use
You must be at least 16 years old. Do not misuse or automatically overload the service, bypass security, transmit malicious code or infringe another person’s rights.
4. Result links
Anyone who receives a result link may be able to view the associated result. Share it deliberately. New token-based links expire within 30 days; older numerical links may continue to function without a fixed expiry.
5. Intellectual property
The 41Q marks, text, design and software are protected. Normal private use and sharing your own result link are permitted. Systematic copying, republication or commercial use requires prior written permission.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any limitation applies only as far as the law permits and never excludes mandatory liability, intent, gross negligence or personal injury.
7. Law and contact
