How your comparisons are handled

Information updated September 10, 2026. Raketforskning AB is the data controller. Comparisons are an optional service for people aged 16 and over. We do not connect your old profile code to historical names or email addresses.

What is used, and why?

Your selected profile, display name, invitation and connections are needed to provide the comparison service you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). You can use a nickname. Optional needs and offers are processed with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can skip them and later remove them from the report without deleting your profile or participation.

Who can see what?

Anyone with the invitation link can see the sender’s title, display name and public introduction. The link can be forwarded. The sender and the person who confirms their response can read their pair report, including the optional answers they chose to provide. The private dashboard is not published.

In a group with pair comparisons, the sender also contributes to the distribution shown to participants once there are five people. The distribution is not guaranteed to be anonymous: in a small or familiar group, individuals may be identifiable. Optional preferences are not included in the group view. A public participant card shows only the display name and that you have compared. It requires separate consent from both people and is removed if either withdraws approval.

Groups without individual pair reports

You can also lead a group without providing your own profile. The leader may also explicitly contribute their own profile as a participant. The private dashboard shows respondents’ display names and response dates, but no individual profiles or pair reports. Respondents’ profiles contribute to the distribution the leader and participants see after five actual responses. The leader is included only after explicitly choosing to participate. This mode has no optional pair preferences or public participant cards. Participants confirm what is shared and can withdraw their response. The distribution is then recalculated and hidden if fewer than five responses remain.

Access and storage

A necessary cookie provides private access in this browser for up to 90 days. The public invitation identifier and chosen start flow may be kept in essential cookies for up to one day during the test. They do not grant private access and work across tabs in the same browser on this language version. A separate private recovery code gives access from another device and is replaced after use. Access in the previous browser then ends. Never share this code as an invitation.

Invitations close after 90 days and their data is then cleared. The private identity expires 90 days after the latest invitation or response you created. You can delete it sooner from your dashboard. A withdrawn response is removed from the service for both people. We cannot delete copies that someone has already downloaded or photographed.

Limited activity events support operation and quality monitoring under legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). They are cleared after 30 days and contain no profile digits, optional answers, display names or contact details. Internal identifiers are pseudonymous personal data. Abuse prevention counters are cleared after approximately one hour. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Deletion removes data from the active comparison service. Backups and providers’ technical logs may remain until their normal deletion. Details about hosting, other providers, transfers and existing analytics and advertising technology are in the 41Q privacy and cookie policies.

Your choices and rights

From the dashboard you can download your own stored data and delete your comparisons. In the report you can remove optional answers, withdraw publication approval or withdraw your participation. You can also request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability, and complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your relevant supervisory authority. Contact 41Q if you have lost access or want a full data access response; do not email your private recovery code or sensitive test information.

The comparison is a conversation aid. It makes no decisions about relationships, employment or suitability and must not be used to screen out job applicants.
