How to interpret a personality test
A good result opens an observation; it does not have the final word on who you are.
Test concrete statements
Identify what fits you, what depends on context and what does not fit. Look for a recent example of each point. This turns a general description into a personal hypothesis you can test.
Context and central results
Roles, culture, experience and current pressure affect answers. A central result may indicate flexibility. Do not immediately retake the test simply to get a “better” result; observe your behavior over time.
Responsible use
Use the result to reflect, talk and try small changes. It is not a clinical diagnosis, an intelligence test or a sufficient basis for hiring, therapy, relationships or another important decision.
